Although we blanket cover the agreed area when distributing your campaign, there are certain properties we don’t deliver to:

Non-deliveries

• No junk mail signs or anything with similar wording
• Businesses or commercial properties
• Dogs running free or beware of the dog signs
• Student halls of residence
• Properties that have blocked the view of their front door (high fences and gates)
• Secluded properties or long driveways without being able to see the property
• Properties that have a front door in their back garden
• Flats or apartments, unless the postboxes are on the outside
• Residential schemes or sheltered housing

In addition to the above, a property may sometimes be excluded if they’re receiving a delivery of have building work being completed.

Full payment is required prior to your distribution job starting. By the same token, this is a standard term with any leaflet distribution business including the Royal Mail.

Your invoice will be sent via email and payments are by card. If needed, bank transfers can certainly be arranged at your request.

Here at Clearcut Derby, our primary focus is without doubt, your response rates. For this reason, big shared deliveries where your important marketing material is hidden inside a pizza menu is not available.

Consequently, we offer solus+1 plans – your flyer is delivered with a maximum of one other, non-competing and souls plans – your flyer is delivered on its own.

Always our own staff

Unlike many other leaflet distribution companies, we never outsource your campaign to whoever we can get to do it for the lowest price.

Your delivery will be carried out by our own team who take pride in delivering your campaign to the best of their abilities. As a matter of fact, ‘walking, not outsourcing’ is the motto we live by.

Equally important, all team members undergo a trial period and are carefully monitored via GPS tracking.

The Clearcut Derby team track every single route as they’re completing your area each day. Another layer of peace of mind that you campaign is being delivered as it should be. As soon as the job is complete, we compile the tracking maps into a Google Drive folder.

This is then shared with you via email and you can view and/or download the maps. Additionally, we’ll save them on file for a minimum of six months if you ever need to refer back to them.
